How do I pay?

For new customers YouCard offers Check/Money Order, PayPal, Cash on Delivery or Cash on Pickup. For existing customers, payment by invoice is also possible. Our bank and account information can be found on your order confirmation, your invoice and in the list below.

What are the delivery conditions?

YouCard promises you a fast and safe delivery of your goods. Thanks to our efficient ordering and storage system, we can often deliver your order to you on the same day. Most items are available immediately thanks to our extensive stock.

YouCard has been working with UPS parcel service for years. With a order confirmation until 3 pm you receive your goods usually within 1-2 days. Usually deliveries are shipped the next day - with the options UPS Express or Express Saver you even get a guarantee. As an additional service, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation upon delivery. Thus, you are always informed about the whereabouts of your order. Of course, you can also pick up your goods yourself in Wetzlar in central Hesse, Germany. Simply call us or write an e-mail to team@youcard.de.
