For new customers, YouCard offers payment in advance, PayPal, cash on delivery or cash payment upon collection. Existing customers can also pay by invoice. Our bank and account information can be found on your order confirmation and invoice.

What are the delivery terms?
YouCard promises you the fastest and safest possible delivery of your goods. Thanks to our efficient ordering and storage system, we can often dispatch your order on the same day. Most items can be delivered immediately thanks to our extensive stock.
YouCard has also been working with the reliable parcel service of UPS and DHL for years. With an order confirmation by 3:00 p.m., your goods will usually be with you within 1-2 working days. Deliveries are usually made the very next day – also guaranteed with the UPS Express shipping options.
As an additional service, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation when your order is handed over to the parcel service and when it is delivered. This means that you are informed at all times about the whereabouts of your order. Of course, you can also pick up your goods yourself from us in Wetzlar, in central Hesse.
