rf IDEAS WAVE ID Playback Reader MIFARE

The rf IDEAS WAVE ID Playback card reader easily connects your contactless RFID cards (such as HID iCLASS or NXP MIFARE) to existing systems without the need to change or update them. The reader allows the use of multiple applications on a single contactless credential.

No software is required for this. The plug-and-play reader transmits user data from the chip cards directly to the required applications or devices.

The WAVE ID Playback Reader can be configured to read data directly from the card. The user also has the option of adjusting the storage location from which the data is to be read.

The WAVE ID playback is used, for example, in healthcare, government agencies, industry or companies.

Different interfaces and protocols

USB models connect directly to the USB port and can be configured to transmit data using keystroke, non-keystroke, or serial ASCII. RS-232 models send data as ASCII over a serial port. Ethernet models deliver data in either ASCII or E/IP over an RJ45 connection.
